In GAM3 we value an open and informal work environment where the individual employee feels at ease. It is important that we have a good communicative relationship to one another, that we pay attention and show interest in each others areas of responsibility and can support each other through experience based knowledge management.

A good work environment is a place where the individual employee finds challenge, guidance, and advice. As a member of this environment we commit each other to our mutual development. Only through this can we as human beings and organization reach our full potential and shared vision.

In order to support this the physical and mental work space must be inspiring and offer the peace and quiet needed for concentration and at the same time give way to activity. For both the single employee when working solo and the team when working collaborative.
