GAM3 Finals Copenhagen 2008

The Town Hall Square is filled with people, there are basketballs in the air, break dancers are getting ready for battle, street dancers are practicing and hip hop music is filling the air - in short: GAM3 Finals has taken over the city once again. This year's GAM3 Finals were a great success. The level of competition has never been higher. The players from the very youngest till the elite did their very best and played great and entertaining basketball.

NBA-players at this year’s Street GAM3

On the first days of this year’s Street GAM3 tour Mickael Pietrus and Jennifer Azzi, two of the best basketballplayers in the world, paid us a visit. Mickael Pietrus is playing for Golden State Warriors (Oakland, Californien) and with his 26 years he is a great talent, who will be interesting to watch during the coming seasons. He is now playing on the 6th year and has an average score on 8,6 in each game. Former WNBA-player (Women’s National Basketball Association) Jennifer Azzi is one of the best playmakers ever and was on the winning team in OL in Atlanta, 1996. The two players made an incredible impression on the kids at Street GAM3 and GAM3 is very proud of being able to include them in the first days of the tour. Street GAM3 visited all 22 GAM3 Zones and had about 3000 kids participate in the basket and dance events.
